John Beavis is a former Royal Navy Officer and advanced executive and leadership coach whose perspective has been shaped by thirty years of leading and supporting people where responsibility was significant, circumstances changed quickly and judgement mattered.
His work with Captains, Chief Engineers and other senior maritime leaders provides a continuing understanding of the operational, human and personal demands of leadership at sea.
